Unser Casa Umbria

Ist eingebettet in eine schöne, hügelige Landschaft. Es steht auf einem sonnigen Wiesenplateau mitten in unserem 17.000 qm großen Olivengarten. Von hier aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick über das hügelige Naturschutzgebiet und den Lago Trasimeno. Das Haus wurde vor ca. 120 Jahren aus Naturstein gebaut und von uns mit viel Liebe neu renoviert, ohne dass es dabei seinen ursprünglichen Charakter verloren hat. Die ruhige Alleinlage und die fotogenen Sonnenuntergänge sind absolut genial.

The house

is embedded into a beautiful, hilly landscape overlooking the Lago Trasimeno. Casa Umbria is built in a nature-protected zone, therefore, insuring the beauty and purity of the surrounding environment. The 18,000 square meter property contains a sunny meadow plateau, olive grove, and forested area. Approximately 120 years ago, the house was constructed from natural stone. With a great deal of love and good intentions, we have renovated the house while maintaining its original character. The sound of birds, view of the hilly protected area, and ancient olive trees create a peaceful setting where spectacular sunsets directly over the Lago Trasimeno are certain to be treasured.
